This Privacy Policy talks governs how Little Bodhi Photography complies with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). The policy outlines the data collected by Little Bodhi Photography, why the data is collected, the process and management of personal data, and what your rights are under GDPR.

Little Bodhi Photography collects and processes the following data provided by you in a variety of ways including, but not limited to when you use this site, when you register on this Site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, complete a survey or fill out a form:
personal information including your name, email address, phone number, postal address, as well as the names, ages, and other details about your family and other participants in a photography session, and any other info that you provide to me.
payment information including your bank account information provided by you to my payment service providers, and your billing address.
other information such as your family story and any other personal information you choose to share during our initial phone consultation, emails, and consultation meetings. This includes any information provided by you when you enter in my model calls, competitions and giveaways, or when interacting on my social media platforms.
As a photographer I will, of course, take photographs which identify you, your family members and other participants. You are responsible for making sure that all participants in photography sessions understand this Privacy Policy and have been made aware of the Client Agreement Contract and Model Release. If you or your family/friend is still unsure with how I use your photos, please contact me (littlebodhiphotography@gmail.com) and I won’t post them.

- To share your beautiful images and story in order to promote and advertise my business on my website, blog, and social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.

- To process payments
- To run a model call, competition, giveaway, survey or other Site feature
Sharing Your Data
Little Bodhi Photography will not share, trade or rent your personal information to others. Your data may be shared to Third Parties in the following situations:
- To print your photographs, create photo albums or custom products from a specialist service provider.
- To upload and deliver your photos to you (I use pixieset.com)
- For insurance claims or legal reasons.
- For advertising and marketing purposes I may display your photos on photography related websites, in exhibitions, magazines, on social media as per my Client Agreement Contract.
