I'm a mama and Bristol-based maternity, newborn and family photographer. I live for capturing natural, relaxed, and heartfelt portraits of motherhood and my real passion lies with in-home photography sessions. I'm a sucker for a love story and that's what draws me to motherhood photography time and time again. 


I'm a creative soul and my greatest canvas is my home. I just adore the process of making a house into a home and I look to include the lovingly curated memories and treasures of your special family space into your session.


I grew up on the Mendip Hills in Somerset and now live in Bristol with my ice-hockey mad partner, Cam and our vivacious, hilarious and loving five-year-old daughter. I was gifted my first camera at age 10 and I feel blessed to now photograph mothers for a living. It's a dream to say I have mama clients all over Bristol, Bath, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

Family is Everything

I am all about family! My family is so important to me and as a mother, I understand the joys, challenges, and fleeting moments that come with family life. It gets pretty messy sometimes, huh? And that's okay.


But no matter what our family life looks like, all mothers deserve to get in on the family photos. So, whether you're a mama-to-be blooming with new life, a parent of a fresh newborn, or a mum who wants to document a milestone before it's too late. I'm here to capture all your wild and wonderful motherhood milestones.


Home is Where the Heart is

You may have guessed by now, but I firmly believe that your home is the best place for a natural family photography session. It's where you create countless memories with your crew, and it's a reflection of your family's unique story.


It's such a privilege to be invited into your space and given a front-row seat in which to observe your world. When you are in your home I get to capture you being your most relaxed and authentic selves, surrounded by the love and warmth of your family's story and that is a real honour.

All Mothers Deserve to Tell Their Story

Mama, why are you missing from your family photos? Mums are often the ones behind the camera, aren't they? Maybe you hate having your photograph taken or you perhaps you are busy juggling work with the never-ending demands that comes with motherhood? Or perhaps your partner is clueless when it comes to capturing photos of you with your children. Whatever the reason, I know how much you want to savour every last moment of every fleeting chapter of this wild and wonderful journey.


It is my mission to put you at ease and get you in the frame. I'm here to guide you through your photography experience every step of the way. I know what clothes will make you look and feel gorgeous and I am a pro at finding all the beautiful natural light and cosy nooks that will save you from having to blitz the entire house before my arrival.


Preserving Precious Moments

I took 40 trips around the sun before I became a mother. So, when I gave birth to my daughter I was determined to get plenty (okay a lot) of photos of our downy-covered baby for the family album. It was part of my birth plan and the first thing to be packed into my hospital bag was my camera!


But, then life with a newborn happened and photographs of me with my darling baby became few and far between. My heart feels so heavy that most of our photos together in those early days are poorly lit, slightly out-of-focus phone photos or hugely unflattering selfies. I do not want this for you.


I want you to remember how it felt to be Mama to your wildlings. I will help you to capture beautiful, organic family portraits that document all the little details and I will work with your hopes and ideas to create photos that feel connected, joyful, and truly personal to you. Your personalities will shine through in every frame, creating timeless keepsakes that will hold a special place in your heart for years to come.

A Glimpse into My World

Before becoming a professional photographer, I spent many years working in schools with children and their families. I found a real talent for listening to the needs of parents and their little ones and that is great news for you! I know all the tips and tricks to keep your kids (and your partner) on side, ensuring your session is enjoyable and stress-free for everyone.

When I'm not photographing gorgeous mums and their cherubs, I cherish the time I spend with my own family. Being a mother is an incredible (and let's face it completely exhausting) rollercoaster. Between being a parent and running my own business, it's not often I get me-time. But give me a few minutes to myself and you'll find me dancing with my hula hoops, attempting to play ukulele, rummaging through vintage markets or rambling around the Somerset countryside.
